In addition to e-mail support at support@readygo.com, you also get access to the ReadyGo Developer (password required) site that includes:

- Nine phone/Internet training courses available to our customers

Extended support
You receive three months of complimentary support when you purchase a ReadyGo product. You can purchase a support subscription to extend your support past the initial three months.
- Support includes all minor and major product upgrades, e-mail and phone support, free training courses, and access to the ReadyGo developer site.
- Support runs for one year from the month your current support subscription expires.

Optionally, you can choose to purchase three years of support (You get a 20% discount over purchasing one year of support.)
If your support has expired more then 12 months ago, you can revitalize your support: $299 for Web Course Builder and $599 for Server-Side Testing. A revitalized support runs for three months.
