A study done in 2007 on cell phone usage found the following:
Symbian has 70% of the mobile OS market
- Linux has 15% of the mobile OS market
- RIM's Blackberry has 5% of the mobile OS market
- Microsoft has 5% of the mobile OS market
- In 2007 about 20% of Americans had a browser on their mobile. By 2013 this should increase to over 50%.
It's True! In many countries outside of the US, cell phones are used 100 to 1 to computers.
